On 10th January 2018, the Financial Supervisory Authority updated the Credit Risk Management Regulations. 

These changes are designed to ensure that  supervised entities have sufficient and effective functions to identify, measure, limit, monitor credit risks in terms of the quality and scope of their operations as part of the overall management of business risks. 

The Regulations seeks to ensure that supervised entities do not take credit risks in their lending and investment activities that jeopardise the profitability or solvency of the supervised entities.
