Finlex has published amendments to the law governing Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs).

Amendments have been made to the following;

  • Definitions;
  • Risk Management;
  • Permission to act as depository;
  • Penalties and Redress and;
  • Transitional Provisions.

The Act shall enter into force on 15 August 2014.
