On 10th July 2017, Norton Rose Fulbright’s financial services news site posted an extract from ESMA’s recently published consultation paper on the evaluation of the short selling Regulation.
The primary elements of the consultation include the procedure for imposing a short term short-selling ban and the transparency of net short positions.
Comments are required to be received by 4th September 2017.
