Eurex has published an updated version of its Clearing and Settlement Rules (German). These will apply to transactions made on the German and Zurich Markets from the 15th of November 2017.
The New Clearing Rules are comprehensive and outline the procedures which govern all clearing activities for Market Participants on the Eurex German and Zurich Markets.
