The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published an update of its list of central clearinghouses (CCPs) which are authorised under the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) and its Public Register for the Clearing Obligation.

The update concerns LCH.Clearnet Ltd which has extended its activities and services, a fact which under EMIR requires a new authorisation by the competent authority.

LCH.Clearnet Ltd was first authorised on 12 June 2014. It has been re-authorised to clear OTC Inflation Swaps.
