On 22nd November 2017, Eurex Clearing released a guidance document titled “MiFID II – redesigning Europe’s markets”. The document examines how an exchange can reduce stress in the markets.
The guidance document covers the key themes of MIFID II and how it will affect Market Transparency, Liquidity and Resilience.
The document also lays out how Eurex will approach MIFID II guidelines and procedures and how these will be incorporated into its clearing strategy.
