Eurex Clearing has published an updated compliance report with the CPSS-IOSCO Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures (“PFMI”).
The PFMI are the global standard for how CCPs, trade repositories, central securities depositories and security settlement systems should be structured and function. Their implementation is monitored across the primary jurisdictions that are committed to the G20’s post-crisis financial stability reforms. They cover all sources of risk, such as credit, liquidity, market and operational risk, and establish principles for default management, transparency, access and efficiency.
