On 17th November 2017, the Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published an update to the Central Securities Depositories Regulation CSDR section of its Questions and Answers (Q&As).
The CSDR Q&As provide common answers to question regarding practical issues on the implementation of the new CSDR regime.
