The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) will host an open hearing on 19th February 2015 in order to address the issues regarding its Consultation Paper on MiFID II and MiFIR which was published in December 2014.
The hearing will be of importance to the following groups: stakeholders in the securities markets; authorities and firms subject to MiFID II and MiFIR; trade associations and other industry bodies.
