The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has issued a table detailing the responses from EU and EEA competent authorities regarding their intention to comply with the ESMA guidelines on complex debt instruments and structured deposits.

All 28 EU competent authorities have signalled their intention to comply with the ESMA guidelines, issued on 4th February 2016.
