On the 19th September 2017, Eurex published New Clearing Conditions for Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich. The New Clearing Conditions is comprehensive and legislates for a range of matters concerning Clearing and Settlement Procedures.

The Conditions apply to the following Trades:

  • Clearing of Off-Book Trades
  • Clearing of Options Contracts
  • Clearing of Future Contracts

Furthermore, Eurex has also published a new Price List for Clearing Licenses which can be read in accordance with the new Clearing Conditions.
