EUROPE: Official Journal publishes Delegated Regulation determining types of alternative investment fund managers

European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 694/2014 of 17 December 2013 supplementing the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) with regard to regulatory technical standards determining types of alternative investment fund managers has been published in the Official Journal.

The Delegated Regulation will enter into force on 14 July 2014.
