EUROPE: Management Company Passport – CESR publishes responses to short consultation

The Committee of European Securities Regulators has published the 24 responses received to its consultation paper on UCITS Company Management Passport.

This consultation was launched in a bid to obtain further input from external stakeholders; as it follows an earlier call for evidence in which 29 responses were received.

The latest consultation paper issued on the 30th of September has attracted responses from various parties such as the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA), the Investment Management Association (IMA), Association of the Luxembourg Funds Industry ALFI, and the Irish Funds Industry Association (IFIA).
