The European Commission has published draft MiFID Level 2 implementing measures. The text and other European Commission MiFID material can be found at the above link. This is the text as approved by the European Securities Committee at the end of June. The text now needs to be approved by the European Parliament and should then be adopted as final text during September 2006.
