EUROPE: ESMA publishes draft implementing standards on notification for EuSEF

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a draft Commission Regulation laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format of the notification according to Regulation (EU) No 346/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2013 on European social entrepreneurship funds.

The Annex to the draft regulation contains a form for notification of registration of a European social entrepreneurship funds (EuSEF) manager or update of information already notified.
