EUROPE: ESMA published MiFID Guidelines Compliance Tables

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published two tables; one outlining the competent authorities comply or intend to comply with ESMA’s guidelines on certain aspects of the MiFID suitability requirements and another on the competent authorities that comply or intend to comply with ESMA’s guidelines on certain aspects of the MiFID compliance function requirements.
