The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) have published an updated version of their Questions and Answers on Application of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers’ Directive (AIFMD).

Amendments have been made to questions in the following chapters;

  • Section I – Remuneration
  • Section III – Reporting to national competent authorities under Articles 3, 24 and 42
  • Section IV – Notification of AIFMs
  • Section V – MiFID services under Article 6(4) of the AIFMD
