The European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) has today published its latest worldwide international fund statistics for Quarter one of 2008.
The International statistical release (the ‘Release’), compiled by EFAMA and the Investment Company Institute on behalf of the International Investment Funds Association, includes statistics taken from 43 countries.
The Release has highlighted facts such as the decline of worldwide Investment fund assets by 11.7% as well as the decrease of net cash flow to all worldwide funds, which has declined to EUR 285 billion in the first quarter of 2008, down from EUR 302 billion in the fourth quarter of 2007.
