On 10th June 2018, the  Financial Supervisory Authority introduced amendments to its Securities Registration Rules. The changes will affect securities companies whose securities are listed on the Stock Exchange. The statute shall include the cumulative voting system and the proportional representation mechanism, as well as the possibility of sending shareholders their questions before the General Assembly by e-mail.

The amendments are part of a series of amendments which are aimed at promoting best good governance and guaranteeing the rights of minorities in restricted and non-bank securities companies.
