On 23 February, 2014, a Ministerial Decree was issued to amend some Articles in Capital Market Law’s Executive Regulation, the amendments include the following:
• Re- organizing the activity of Mutual funds.
• Amending the rules set to define the fair value of capital increase shares of joint stock companies and companies limited by shares.
• Setting the legal framework that shall allow legal entities and local administrative units to issue revenue bonds.
• Developing the rules set for issuing shelf- registration bonds and securitization bonds program.
• Regulating trading in foreign securities.
• Amending marginal trading rules.
