The Danish FSA has published an update to its Questions and Answers on Denmark short selling in Denmark.
The updated Questions and Answers cover:
- Where to report
- Calculation where an issuer has both A and B shares
- Finding out the total issued capital
- Primary ISINs for financial instruments
- Reporting thresholds, in particular changes in the short position of 0.1% of the issued share capital
- Market making exemptions – including the 30-day rule for new shares admitted to trading, submission of notifications of intention to use the exemption, notification of changes to market making agreements and index compositions
