CZECH REPUBLIC: Decree on the performance of activities of banks, credit unions and investment firms published

The Czech National Bank (CNB) has published the decree on the performance of activities of banks, credit unions and investment firms. The Decree will enter into force on 5th March 2014.

Amongst other things, the Decree regulates:

a) requirements for the management and control system,

b) the content of the report on the management and control system, the structure and frequency of treatment and the deadline for its submission,

c) the rules for the protection and control risks,

d) the disclosure of information,

e) certain information and documents submitted to the Czech National Bank.
