CYPRUS: CySEC uploads AIFM forms

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has made four AIFM forms available on the Commission’s website to include:

Form F56/2013/01: Registration in the Register

Form F56/2013/02: Application For Granting/Extending Authorization Of An Alternative Investment Fund Manager (`AIFM`)

Form DI56/2013/03: Personal Questionnaire

Form E56/2013/04: Additional Information where UCITS management is sought according to Section 6(3)(B) Of The Law.
