CYPRUS: CySEC responds to query concerning market making exemptions under EU Short Selling Regulation

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission have responded to a query regarding the exemptions for market making activities and primary market operations under the EU Short Selling Regulation.

When asked whether CySEC had any specific forms or guidance published relating to this matter, the Regulator stated that all information relevant to Cyprus on this matter are in the Guidelines published by ESMA.
