On 27th December 2017 the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) approved the new Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The new ZSE Rules will establish the legal framework aligned with the MIFID II regulation. The new Rules are available on the ZSE website (only in Croatian) and will take effect on the 3rd January 2018.
Additionally, in order to comply with MIFID II and the amendment to the ZSE Rules, the CE Enter Rules have also been amended.
New Market Rules (CE Enter Rules), will also take effect on 3rd January 2018 and are available at the CE Enter website (only in Croatian.
Impact on investors: New ZSE and CE Enter Rules will become effective as of 3rd January 2018.
