The Colombia Stock Exchange (BVC SA) and the Central Securities of Colombia (DECEVAL SA) are continuing discussions aimed at a possible corporate integration, on the terms agreed in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on February 10, 2016, as modified by the agreement of April 8, 2016.
