CHINA: AMAC pilot rules on registration of managers and filing of funds

The Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) has issued the ‘Pilot Rules on Registration of Managers and Filing of Funds for Private Investment Funds’ to implement the relevant provisions under the amended PRC Securities Investment Funds Law which require private investment fund managers to register and make filings with AMAC.

The rules will be effective as of 7 February 2014.
