The Chilean Securities and Insurance Supervisor (SVS) has issued a resolution exempting the registration of securities in the Register of Foreign Securities of the SVS, of those already registered in the National Registry of Securities and Issuers of Colombia, the National Registry of Securities of Mexico and the Public Registry of Securities of Peru; including the issuers considered reporting issuers under the Canadian law.
This was determined by the SVS based on the cooperation agreement signed between the stock market regulators of Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Chile, under which these regulators commit to make the necessary arrangements, by various means, to keep all public information the issuers under their supervision are required to inform the market.
