The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has released a consultation which outlines a comprehensive list of proposed changes to its Regulatory Legislation.

The proposals cite changes to the Alternative Investment Fund Regulation (AIF) as a key objective. The proposed changes will make AIF Regulation consistent with the Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law 1988. The changes will also give enhanced power to JFSC and the Royal Courts to monitor and regulate the activities of such funds.
