CANADA: TSX Withdraws Proposed Amendments to Rules on Trading of US Listed Securities

On 18^th May 2018, the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX)  withdrew its proposals to amend the Trading Rules for US Listed Securities.

The proposals were first published on 22^nd December 2016, they referred to the trading arrangements for  US-listed securities on the TSX International Board.

Having withdrew its proposed amendments, TSX has noted that it may re-write these. In the event that it does redraft the proposals, this will be published for comment in accordance with the requirements of the Protocol.
