The Toronto Stock Exchange ( TSX) has published its new Rulebook which is due to be effective on the 27th November 2017.
The Rulebook is a comprehensive document outlining the Rules in relation to trading on the Market. The Amendments contained in the New Rulebook concern “opening auction and on-book dark functionality” on TSX .
