Securities regulatory authorities in Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan have published a report on derivatives reporting which is open for comment until 23rd March 2015.
Together, the proposed instruments would form a derivatives reporting regime that is largely harmonized with regimes previously implemented in Manitoba, Ontario and Québec.
