The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) has published proposed public interest amendments to the listing requirements of the TSX Company Manual for exchange traded and close-ended funds. The amendments have been made to the introduction and interpretation in Part I of the Manual. A new section, Part XI, is also being introduced.
The Amendments will be effective upon approval by the Ontario Securities Commission (the “OSC”) following public notice and comment.
