CANADA: Amendments to TSXV Rule Book

On 3rd August 2017, Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) published amendments to TSX Venture Exchange Rule Book. The amendments have adopted several enhancements to the current opening auction and on-book dark functionality to the TSX Venture Exchange Rule Book, following approval from the Alberta Securities Commission and British Columbia Securities Commission.

TSXV has made one change to trading functionality to be consistent with changes made to TSX Inc. (TSX).

The amendments will become effective on October 23, 2017.
