Brasil Bolsa Balcao (B3) has released a new set of rules which will govern the activities of Central Counterparty Clearing House (CCP) on the Market.
This comprehensive set of Rules changes the types of Transactions which can be executed by CCP’s and how Multilateral Net Settlement is to be achieved.
These changes will take immediate effect.
