On 12th January 2018, Brasil Bolsa Balcão S.A. (B3) announced that it would introduce new Listing Regulations on the Exchange. These Rules govern the Requirements for entry and continuous listing on Nova Mercado in addition to delisting requirements on the Exchange.
These rules will be effective on the 1st February 2018.
