The Belarusian Ministry of Finance has adjusted the timeframe in which companies must send written notification prior to making a transaction. Therefore, an offer to buy shares shall be provided no later than seven working days before the date of the commencement of the purchase of shares
This change holds that the time between the sending of the notification and the start date of the purchase (purchase) of shares must be at least seven working days. For example, if the start date for the purchase of shares is 23rd October , 2017, then a corresponding written message must be sub-mitted no later than 11th October, 2017.
