On 9th April 2018 the Belarusian Central Securities Depository published Rules outlining the authorisation requirements for central securities depositories.
If applicants receive authorisation under these rules then they are entitled to conduct accounting measures for government securities issued by the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Republic of Belarus.
