The Austrian Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) has revoked the Issuer Compliance Regulation 2007 (ECV).

The Authority has drafted a new replacement regulation which will become publicly available in due course.

The rationale behind this change is to create a more modern compliance Regulation which corresponds with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) requirements.
