AUSTRALIA: Foreign Investment Application System shutdown

At 5pm AEST on Wednesday 27 June 2018, the Foreign Investment Application System will be shut-down to deploy the new FIRB Application Portal scheduled to go live on 02 July 2018. The FIRB strongly recommends that foreign investment applications are lodged before this shut-down.

During this outage, interim applications can be lodged via email at FIRBapplications@treasury.gov.au. Full applications must be lodged in the new Portal from Monday, 02 July 2018.
