ASX has announced that Guidance Notes (GNs) 3, 23 & 26 are being revised as part of ASX’s ongoing project to refresh all of its Listing Rule Guidance Notes.
Listing Rules Guidance Note 25: Exercise of Discretions is also being withdrawn. The guidance it contains is outdated and has largely been replaced by more specific guidance in the updates ASX has made to other Guidance Notes as part of their refresh.
