The National Securities Commission (NSC) has opened a public consultation on changes in procedures related to the operation of Mutual Funds.
The purpose of the reform is to simplify and streamline the procedures for the authorization and modification of Management Regulations of the Common Investment Funds.
From 10th to 31st January interested parties are invited to enter their opinions and / or proposals through the website www.cnv.gob.ar
