ARGENTINA: CNV Makes New Automatic Notification System Publicly Available

The National Securities Commission of Argentina (CNV) has made a new system available to the public, which provides automated updates on notices regarding capital market entities and companies involved in public offerings.

Through the SUNI system (Unique System of Immediate Notifications), subscribers will be able to select the relevant information they wish to receive on the entities under the supervision of the CNV. This includes; Issuers, Agents, Markets, Trust Funds and Mutual Funds.

The subscriber may choose specific categories, entities and types of document that they wish to receive (such as relevant facts, balances, etc.).
