KOREAN REPUBLIC: Financial Supervisory Service Publishes Updated Regulation on the Issuance and Public Disclosure of Securities Issued

On 9th April 2017, Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) published regulation on the Issuance and Public Disclosure of Securities Issued.

The purpose of the Regulations is to prescribe matters concerning issuance and public disclosure of securities and special exceptions for listed corporations, among matters delegated to the Financial Services Commission by the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act , the Enforcement Decree of the Act , and the Enforcement Rule of the Act , and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
