On 29th November 2017, the Central Securities Depository announced that amendments where being made to the Rules of Execution of Depository Activities.
These changes are included in the Code of Rules of the Central Securities Depository. The changes to No. 20 of the rules were approved by the Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository JSC. These changes will adjust bylaws of the Central Securities Depository included in the Code of Rules.
The updated Rules are only available in Russian and Kazakh at present.
The amendments to the Rules will be effective from 3rd January 2018.
