The Jersey Financial Services Commission has asked for opinions of a range of consultations which will alter the Regulatory Framework in the Jurisdiction. The following Consultations are now available for review and response:

• Consultation Paper on Recognised Auditor Fees (29 September 2017)
• Consultation Paper on Data to Support Risk Based Supervision (Deadline for submissions 8 November 2017)
• Consultation Paper on Amendments to Codes of Practice (18 October 2017)

The Consultations provide clarity for investors on the proposed changes. The Amendments to the codes of practices will be of particular interest to Fund Managers as it details what Codes funds should be registered under.

Furthermore, the Amendments also make notable changes to record keeping and qualified audit reports.
