It has been reported that the TOKYO Stock Exchange is considering offering an evening trading session to accommodate investors with daytime jobs, the idea has however been opposed by some brokerages.

Japan Exchange Group Inc., will form a study group this month to look into the feasibility of adding a trading session from 7 p.m. to midnight on top of the two existing sessions from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
