On March 5, 2014, the Financial Services Agency and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam exchanged letters, sharing their experience and expertise with a view of developing legal and regulatory frameworks in the financial markets of both countries.

The exchange of letters intends to strengthen cooperation between both Authorities in order to promote the development of sound financial regulatory mechanisms and financial markets.
