On 1st April 2018, the Fukuoka Stock Exchange updated its Articles of Incorporation and Business Rules (only available in Japanese).
The Articles of Incorporation governs the obligations of members on the exchange. The rules show that Membership obligations vary in cases where members have attained temporary or permanent membership.
