Tokyo Stock Exchange Regulation (TSE Regulation) has announced that it intends to change its corporate name to Japan Exchange Regulation. It will be referred to as JPX Regulation or JPX-R and will change on 1 April 2014. This is subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting of members to be held on 23 October 2013.

In addition, the Osaka Securities Exchange has planned to change its trade name to Osaka Exchange, Inc. in March 2014. This is subject to approval at an extraordinary general shareholders meeting to be held on 28 November 2013.
